  • 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  3. In another bowl, whisk together egg and milk.
  4. Dip each pork chop in the egg mixture, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.

  6. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
