  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. Dip each pork chop into the eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the breaded pork chops.
  6. Place the pork chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
  8. Check internal temperature; it should reach 145°F (63°C).
