- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 4 large tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs. Add salt and pepper.
- Stir in the diced bell peppers and onions.
- Scramble the egg mixture in a skillet over medium heat until cooked.
- Lay a tortilla flat and add a portion of the scrambled eggs and cheese.
- Roll the tortilla tightly into a burrito shape.
- Place the burritos in the air fryer basket, seam side down.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
