Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and scramble the eggs until fully cooked.
- In a tortilla, layer eggs, cheese, meat, bell peppers, and onions.
- Roll the tortilla tightly and tuck in the sides.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the burritos in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve hot with your favorite salsa or sauce.
