Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup cooked diced ham or bacon
  • 2 flour tortillas
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Scramble the eggs in a skillet over medium heat until cooked through.
  4. Place one tortilla in the air fryer basket.
  5. Spread the scrambled eggs over the tortilla.
  6. Add the shredded cheese and diced ham or bacon on top of the eggs.
  7. Top with the second tortilla.
  8. Cook in the air fryer for 5-7 minutes until the tortillas are golden and crispy.
  9. Remove from the air fryer and cut into wedges. Serve hot.
