- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup cooked diced ham or bacon
- 2 flour tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
- Scramble the eggs in a skillet over medium heat until cooked through.
- Place one tortilla in the air fryer basket.
- Spread the scrambled eggs over the tortilla.
- Add the shredded cheese and diced ham or bacon on top of the eggs.
- Top with the second tortilla.
- Cook in the air fryer for 5-7 minutes until the tortillas are golden and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and cut into wedges. Serve hot.

- You can add vegetables like bell peppers or onions for extra flavor.
- Use your favorite cheese for a different taste.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
