Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs and add salt and pepper.
- Mix in the diced bell peppers, onions, and cheese.
- Grease the air fryer basket with olive oil.
- Pour the egg mixture into the basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes until set.
- Remove and let cool before serving.
