- 4 flour tortillas
- 1 cup scrambled eggs

- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
- In a bowl, mix scrambled eggs, cheese, sausage, and bell peppers.
- Place a spoonful of the mixture onto each tortilla.
- Roll the tortillas tightly and secure with toothpicks if needed.
- Spray the taquitos with cooking spray.
- Place taquitos in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
