Ingredients

  • 1 cup scrambled eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix scrambled eggs, cheese, sausage, and bell peppers.
  3. Place a spoonful of the mixture onto each tortilla.
  4. Roll the tortillas tightly and secure with toothpicks if needed.
  5. Spray the taquitos with cooking spray.
  6. Place taquitos in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
