- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil or 4 slices bacon, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- If using bacon, cook it in the air fryer for 5 minutes.
- Add Brussels sprouts to the basket, drizzle with olive oil or add bacon.
- Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Drizzle with balsamic vinegar before serving, if desired.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on the size of Brussels sprouts.
- For a vegan version, skip bacon and use olive oil.
