- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup of buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup of flour
- 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the cauliflower florets in the flour mixture.
- Drizzle olive oil over the coated florets.
- Place florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Remove and toss in buffalo sauce.
- Return to air fryer for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by using mild or hot buffalo sauce.
- Make sure not to overcrowd the air fryer basket.
- For extra crispiness, spray with cooking spray before frying.
