Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower Wings: 5 Reasons to Indulge

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup of buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup of flour
  • 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the cauliflower florets in the flour mixture.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the coated florets.
  5. Place florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  7. Remove and toss in buffalo sauce.
  8. Return to air fryer for an additional 5 minutes.
  9. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

  • Adjust the spice level by using mild or hot buffalo sauce.
  • Make sure not to overcrowd the air fryer basket.
