- 2 boneless, skinless chicken fillets
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken fillets with the mixture.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Brush buffalo sauce on the chicken during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
- Remove from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less buffalo sauce.
- Serve with celery and blue cheese dressing for dipping.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
