Ingredients

- 1 block firm tofu, pressed and drained
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes.
- In a bowl, combine buffalo sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the tofu cubes to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
- Place the tofu in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less buffalo sauce.
- Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
