- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Add steak pieces to the bowl and coat them well with the herb butter mixture.
- Place the steak bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for desired doneness and adjust cooking time if needed.
- Remove from air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

- For extra flavor, marinate the steak for a few hours before cooking.
- Serve with your choice of dipping sauce.
