- 2 chicken fillets
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella cheese, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix mozzarella, tomatoes, basil, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Cut a pocket into each chicken fillet.
- Stuff each chicken fillet with the cheese mixture.
- Place the stuffed chicken in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 18-20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Use toothpicks to secure the open side of the chicken if needed.
- Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
