Ingredients

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix mozzarella, tomatoes, basil, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cut a pocket into each chicken fillet.
  4. Stuff each chicken fillet with the cheese mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed chicken in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 18-20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  7. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
