- 2 chicken fillets
- 1 cup broccoli florets, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the broccoli, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cut a pocket in each chicken fillet.
- Stuff each chicken fillet with the broccoli and cheese mixture.
- Brush the outside of the chicken with olive oil.
- Place the stuffed chicken in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Ensure the chicken is fully cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- You can substitute broccoli with spinach or other vegetables.
- For extra flavor, add herbs like thyme or parsley.
