- 4 flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Optional: salsa for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Brush one side of each tortilla with olive oil.
- Place one tortilla in the air fryer, oiled side down.
- Sprinkle cheese evenly over the tortilla.
- Top with another tortilla, oiled side up.
- Cook for 5-6 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and cut into wedges.
- Serve with salsa if desired.
