- 10 large jalapeño peppers
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove seeds.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Stuff each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top of each stuffed jalapeño.
- Place stuffed jalapeños in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by leaving seeds in jalapeños.
- Use different cheese varieties for flavor variation.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
