- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Take a small amount of the mixture and flatten it in your palm.
- Place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center and wrap the meat around it, forming a ball.
- Repeat until all the mixture is used.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange the meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

- Adjust the seasoning according to your taste.
- For extra flavor, add chopped herbs to the meat mixture.
- Ensure the meatballs are not overcrowded in the air fryer for even cooking.
