Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Take a small amount of the mixture and flatten it in your palm.
  3. Place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center and wrap the meat around it, forming a ball.
  4. Repeat until all the mixture is used.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Arrange the meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
  8. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
