- 4 medium potatoes, diced

Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken fillets and diced potatoes to the bowl. Toss to coat them evenly.
- Place the chicken and potatoes in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check that the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Remove from air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

- Cook in batches if needed to avoid overcrowding the basket.
