- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 burger buns
- Lettuce, tomato, and your choice of condiments
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into 4 patties.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Brush the patties with olive oil.
- Place the patties in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Serve on buns with lettuce, tomato, and condiments.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Ensure chicken is fully cooked before serving.
- Can add cheese during the last few minutes of cooking.
