- 2 boneless chicken fillets
- 4 slices of ham
- 4 slices of Swiss cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup flour
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Butterfly the chicken fillets and pound them flat.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Place a slice of ham and cheese on each chicken fillet.
- Roll the chicken tightly and secure with toothpicks.
- Coat the chicken with flour, dip in eggs, and then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Remove toothpicks and serve hot.
Notes
- Use toothpicks to secure rolls for easy cooking.
- For extra flavor, add spices to the breadcrumbs.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
