Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the chicken fillets into cutlets.
- Season the flour with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Coat each cutlet in flour, then dip into beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Place the cutlets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check for doneness; chicken should reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
