- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip chicken pieces in the flour mixture, then in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Arrange chicken bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
