- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup diced cooked chicken
- 1 cup mixed vegetables
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, beat the eggs and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked rice, chicken, mixed vegetables, soy sauce, sesame oil, green onions, salt, and pepper.
- Add the beaten eggs and mix thoroughly.
- Transfer the mixture to the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove and serve hot.
Notes
- Use leftover rice for best results.
- Adjust soy sauce to taste.
- Feel free to add your favorite proteins or vegetables.
