Air Fryer Chicken Fried Rice: 7 Minutes to Flavor Bliss

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup diced cooked chicken
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, beat the eggs and set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked rice, chicken, mixed vegetables, soy sauce, sesame oil, green onions, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the beaten eggs and mix thoroughly.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  7. Remove and serve hot.
