- 1 lb chicken livers
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Rinse chicken livers and pat dry.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken livers to the bowl and toss to coat.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place chicken livers in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for doneness and adjust cooking time if necessary.
- Remove and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
