- 1 pound chicken fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- In a third bowl, place the breadcrumbs.
- Dip each chicken piece into the flour mixture, then into the egg, and finally into the breadcrumbs.
- Arrange the coated chicken pieces in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Spray the chicken with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
