Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 380°F.
- Pound the chicken fillets to an even thickness.
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the egg.
- Dip each chicken fillet in the egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Top each chicken fillet with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
- Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the cheese is melted.
