- 1/4 cup olive oil

Instructions
- Pound chicken fillets to an even thickness.
- In a shallow bowl, mix flour, salt, and pepper.
- Dredge chicken in flour mixture.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Brush chicken with olive oil.
- Place chicken in air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes.
- Flip chicken and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- In a skillet, combine chicken broth, lemon juice, and capers. Heat until simmering.
- Pour sauce over cooked chicken and garnish with parsley.
