Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 package refrigerated pie crusts

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the chicken, frozen vegetables, chicken broth, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roll out one pie crust and place it in the air fryer basket.
  4. Pour the chicken mixture into the crust.
  5. Cover with the second pie crust, sealing the edges.
  6. Cut slits in the top crust for steam to escape.
  7. Air fry for 25-30 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
