- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 package refrigerated pie crusts
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the chicken, frozen vegetables, chicken broth, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Roll out one pie crust and place it in the air fryer basket.
- Pour the chicken mixture into the crust.
- Cover with the second pie crust, sealing the edges.
- Cut slits in the top crust for steam to escape.
- Air fry for 25-30 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Adjust vegetables based on your preference.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
