- 1 lb chicken sausage
- 2 cups mixed bell peppers, chopped
- 1 cup zucchini, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix chicken sausage, bell peppers, zucchini, olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Place the mixture in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check that the sausage is cooked through and veggies are tender.
- Serve hot.
