Instructions
- Pound the chicken breasts until they are evenly thick.
- Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
- Season flour with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken breast in flour, then eggs, and finally breadcrumbs.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Spray the schnitzels with cooking spray.
- Place schnitzels in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
