Instructions
- Pound chicken fillets to an even thickness.
- Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Dredge each chicken fillet in flour, dip in eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Spray chicken schnitzels with cooking spray.
- Place schnitzels in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check for doneness and serve hot.

- Use panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch.
