Ingredients

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Pound chicken fillets to an even thickness.
  2. Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Dredge each chicken fillet in flour, dip in eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Spray chicken schnitzels with cooking spray.
  6. Place schnitzels in air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
