- 1 cup breadcrumbs

- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Pound the chicken fillets to an even thickness.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Coat chicken in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then cover with breadcrumbs mixed with paprika.
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
- Lightly spray or brush the chicken with olive oil.
- Air fry for 10 minutes, flip, and cook for another 5-7 minutes until golden and cooked through.
Notes
- Use panko breadcrumbs for extra crispiness.
- Check internal temperature—should reach 75°C (165°F).
