- 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine chicken, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add bell pepper and onion, mixing well.
- Thread chicken and vegetables onto skewers.
- Place skewers in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through, until chicken is cooked through.
- Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve with your choice of dipping sauce.
