- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Vegetables (bell peppers, onions, zucchini), cubed
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add cubed chicken to the mixture and toss to coat.
- Thread chicken and vegetables onto skewers.
- Place skewers in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Check that chicken is fully cooked before serving.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- Feel free to add your favorite vegetables.
