  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, beat the egg and add olive oil.
  4. Dip each chicken tenderloin in the egg mixture, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.

  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
