- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, beat the eggs.
- In another bowl, mix almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken tender into the eggs, then coat with the almond flour mixture.
- Place the coated chicken tenders in the air fryer basket.
- Spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.

- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
