Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Set up a breading station with three bowls: one for flour, one for beaten eggs, and one for breadcrumbs mixed with spices.
- Dredge each chicken tender in flour, then dip in eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Place the breaded tenders in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Spray the tenders lightly with cooking spray.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
