Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken tenders
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In one bowl, mix breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. In a third bowl, add flour.
  5. Coat each chicken tender in flour, dip in eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Place the tenders in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Serve hot.
