- 1 pound chicken tenders
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In one bowl, mix breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- In a third bowl, add flour.
- Coat each chicken tender in flour, dip in eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the tenders in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve hot.

- Adjust seasoning to your preference.
- Can use any dipping sauce of your choice.
- For extra crispiness, spray tenders with cooking spray before air frying.
