- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix parsley, cilantro, garlic, olive oil, vinegar, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to make chimichurri sauce.
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
- Toss the wings in half of the chimichurri sauce.
- Place the wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy.
- Remove wings and toss with the remaining chimichurri sauce before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the spiciness by adding more or less red pepper flakes.
- Serve with extra chimichurri on the side.
