Air Fryer Chimichurri Wings: 7 Flavors That Wow

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix parsley, cilantro, garlic, olive oil, vinegar, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to make chimichurri sauce.
  3. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
  4. Toss the wings in half of the chimichurri sauce.
  5. Place the wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy.
  7. Remove wings and toss with the remaining chimichurri sauce before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust the spiciness by adding more or less red pepper flakes.
  • Serve with extra chimichurri on the side.
