Air Fryer Chocolate Lava Cake: 10 Minutes to Pure Bliss

A rich and gooey chocolate lava cake made in an air fryer.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate and butter together.
  3. Stir in the powdered sugar until combined.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in the vanilla extract and salt.
  6. Fold in the flour until just combined.
  7. Grease ramekins and pour the batter evenly into them.
  8. Place the ramekins in the air fryer basket.
  9. Cook for 10-12 minutes until the edges are set but the center is soft.
  10. Let cool for a minute, then invert onto plates and serve.
