- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- Mini cupcake liners
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave.
- Place mini cupcake liners in the air fryer basket.
- Pour a layer of melted chocolate into each liner.
- Add a spoonful of the peanut butter mixture on top.
- Cover with more melted chocolate.
- Air fry at 300°F for 5-7 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.

- Store in the refrigerator for best freshness.
- Use your favorite type of chocolate.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less powdered sugar.
