Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • Mini cupcake liners

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave.
  3. Place mini cupcake liners in the air fryer basket.
  4. Pour a layer of melted chocolate into each liner.
  5. Add a spoonful of the peanut butter mixture on top.
  6. Cover with more melted chocolate.
  7. Air fry at 300°F for 5-7 minutes.
  8. Let cool before serving.
