- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup chorizo

- 4 flour tortillas

Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the chorizo over medium heat until browned.
- Add diced bell pepper and onion to the skillet; cook until softened.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the eggs into the skillet; scramble until fully cooked.
- Lay a tortilla flat and spoon in the chorizo and egg mixture.
- Sprinkle cheese on top and roll the tortilla tightly.
- Place the burritos in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
