Instructions
- In a saucepan, bring water, butter, and salt to a boil.
- Add flour and stir until a dough forms.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Stir in eggs one at a time until smooth.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Pipe dough into bite-sized pieces onto parchment paper.
- Spray with cooking spray and air fry for 8-10 minutes.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Roll churro bites in the sugar-cinnamon mixture.
