Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine water, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in flour until a dough forms.
- Add vegetable oil and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- Transfer the dough to a piping bag with a star tip.
- Pipe churros onto a parchment-lined tray, cut to desired length.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Air fry churros for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Coat churros while warm.
