Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar (for coating)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (for coating)

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine water, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in flour until a dough forms.
  3. Add vegetable oil and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
  4. Transfer the dough to a piping bag with a star tip.
  5. Pipe churros onto a parchment-lined tray, cut to desired length.
  6. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  7. Air fry churros for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Coat churros while warm.
