- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sugar (for coating)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a saucepan, combine water, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil.
- Stir in flour and mix until a dough forms.
- Add vegetable oil and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Transfer dough to a piping bag and pipe churros onto parchment paper.
- Air fry churros for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix remaining sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Coat churros in the sugar mixture.
