- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine water and butter. Bring to a boil.
- Stir in flour and salt until mixture forms a ball. Remove from heat.
- Allow to cool slightly, then beat in eggs one at a time.
- Transfer dough to a piping bag with a star tip.
- Pipe churros onto parchment paper in 6-inch strips.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Spray churros with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Roll churros in cinnamon sugar before serving.
Notes
- Make sure to cool the dough before adding eggs.
- Adjust cinnamon sugar to taste.
- Serve with chocolate sauce for dipping.
