Ingredients

- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup baking soda
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add flour and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 5 minutes. Let it rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Divide the dough into small pieces and shape them into pretzels.
- Boil water and baking soda in a pot. Dip each pretzel into the solution for 30 seconds.
- Place pretzels in the air fryer basket. Brush with melted butter.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over pretzels.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
