Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add flour and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for 5 minutes. Let it rise for 1 hour.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Divide the dough into small pieces and shape them into pretzels.
  6. Boil water and baking soda in a pot. Dip each pretzel into the solution for 30 seconds.
  7. Place pretzels in the air fryer basket. Brush with melted butter.
  8. Mix sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over pretzels.
