- 2 chicken fillets
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- In a third bowl, combine shredded coconut and breadcrumbs.
- Coat each chicken fillet in flour mixture, dip in eggs, then coat with coconut mixture.
- Place the coated chicken fillets in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving.

- Adjust cooking time based on thickness of chicken fillets.
- Serve with a dipping sauce of your choice.
