- 10 jalapeño peppers
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice jalapeños in half and remove seeds.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
- Place stuffed jalapeños in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Remove and let cool before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by leaving in some seeds.
- Can substitute bacon with turkey bacon or omit for a vegetarian option.
- Serve with ranch or your favorite dipping sauce.
