Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In one bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. In a third bowl, place the breadcrumbs.
  5. Coat each chicken breast in the flour mixture, then dip in eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  6. Place the breaded chicken in the air fryer basket.
  7. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  8. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
